Flooding rains pushed through Adams County this afternoon before crawling through Clay and Fillmore Counties by early evening. Rain, accompanied by small hail and 40 mph winds, fell at the rate of about an inch per hour. Doppler estimates of 1.5 to 2.5 inches across Hastings and northwest Adams County has verified and an Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory has been issued for Adams County until 10:30 tonight.
